Refund and Returns Policy

At Vigneshwara Pooja Kit, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the spiritual and perishable nature of our products, our refund and return policies are as follows:

1. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns once the product is delivered, unless it is received in a damaged or incomplete condition. All sales are considered final upon successful delivery.

2. Damaged or Missing Items

Check the Pooja Kit at the time of delivery to ensure all items are present and in good condition. If you receive a damaged or incomplete kit, you must notify us within 12 hours of delivery.  Please email us at vigneshwarapoojakit@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Return will be delivered in 1 day

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only processed in cases where the product is damaged or items are missing and cannot be replaced. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Process

If eligible, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your refund is processed.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hour of placement by contacting our support team. Once packed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

6. Shipping Responsibility

We only deliver within Hyderabad. If a customer mistakenly places an order from outside this zone, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the payment. Customers whose orders are successfully placed will receive their delivery on 25th or 26th August 2025.
Orders placed from outside Hyderabad will be cancelled and fully refunded.
