2. Products & Services

We offer eco-friendly Ganesh idols and pooja kits, curated with 30+ traditional items for Ganesh Chaturthi.
All product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual items may slightly vary in color, packaging, or appearance depending on availability.

3. Delivery Policy

We currently deliver only within Hyderabad city limits. Orders placed from outside Hyderabad will not be processed. Delivery timelines are typically 2–5 business days depending on location and volume.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
We accept secure online payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the spiritual and perishable nature of our kits, returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged or incomplete upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours with your order ID and supporting photos.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them by emailing us directly. Once processed, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Vigneshwara Pooja Kit. You may not use or reproduce our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by natural events, courier service disruptions, or incorrect address details.
Our liability is limited to the value of the product ordered.
